Artist Statement
Sublime beauty can be found in natural forms and patterns. My work represents the dichotomy of texture, color and form that is captured in nature. I use high karat gold, palladium and oxidized silver in most of my work. While diamonds are used in my pieces, I use them to produce a dusting effect or to complete a pattern as opposed to being the focus of the work.. Many pieces are fabricated from sheet, overlaid, embossed and finished w/ abrasive finishes and patinas.
