Artist Statement
Layers of memory inspired by nostalgia. Each image brings to mind our modern day experiences of love and escape through the lens of the past. Themes of love, empowerment and escape are explored using found images from classic films, old photos and vintage advertising. Digital manipulation and blending of media creates a contemporary vision.
