Artist Statement
Aside from the joy of travelling the more remote byways of my state, meeting extraordinary farmers with a rich oral history they are quietly proud to share, I also collect old barn wood which I use to make one-of-a-kind frames for my paintings. The barns live on! www.barnsbystephenray.com
