Artist Statement
Ann Arbor artist Kristine Bolhuis received and MFA in Metalsmithing from Cranbrook Academy of Art. Her work is an exploration of lightweight metal constructions that move, shift, and collapse. The jewelry is both sculptural and kinetic, responding to the motions of the body.
