GETTING TO THE FAIR: BY CAR
PARKING: The Maynard Street Parking Structure provides convenient parking two blocks from the center of the Original Fair. Evening and Saturday parking is available at the University of Michigan parking garage on Thayer and Washington, and at the Palmer Deck (enter off Washtenaw and take the walkway), both immediately adjacent to the Fair. Many downtown city structures and lots cost $10 a day ($5 after 5 PM). Neighborhood parking is available all along State St. north of Washington at schools, churches, and apartment buildings for a fee.

Southbound Take “Commuter South” or westbound “Northwood” route to fairs;
Northbound “Commuter North” or “Northwood” route from Fletcher Street to parking
Frequency & Service: 10 – 15 minutes; Wed-Fri 9am-10pm; Sat 9am-7pm
U-M Commuter Bus, every 20 minutes on Saturday
Pets not allowed; service animals welcomed
Buses & Trolley are wheelchair accessible and air-conditioned
