Artist Statement
Gabrielle Gould is a Minnesota born, Florida based jewelry designer who works with a combination of natural elements. She relishes the natural wonder and wildlife surrounding her home and studio on the coast of Northeast Florida. Her jewelry is a figurative expression depicting the varied terrestrial, upland and wetlands habitats. A self described modern hunter-gatherer, Gould regularly combs the Atlantic shoreline, tramps paths along coastal wetlands, and hikes into the inland hammock of northern Florida.
